- Fred Meyer - You may park in any of the outer perimeter parking stalls. No permit is needed this year thanks to the cooperation of Fred Meyer. This is your easiest choice.
- Grace Memorial Episcopal Church - limited to 30 spaces, and a special SGNA PERMIT IS REQUIRED. Use this link to apply for a permit which we will email to you. On the evening of December 15, park only in the outer spaces along 16th and Halsey and in the west row of the center parking spaces. If you don't have a permit, please park in the Fred Meyer lot. Thanks Grace.
