Composition of the Board:  9 of 19 possible positions filled (per the SGNA By-Laws, Article IV, Section 1).  New Board members are elected  annually by residents and businesses who attend the Fall Membership meeting.  Interim appointments to Board vacancies may be made at monthly Board meetings.
