The Sullivan’s Gulch Garage Sale is coming, Saturday, July 15!

6/11/2017

If you have stuff to sell, then join your neighbors on Saturday, July 15, 2017 when the entire Sullivan's Gulch becomes a destination for bargain hunters. This is not your usual ”multi-family“ sale. The goal is to create a network of individual garage sales all hosted on the same day at the same time. Our sale coincides with the Broadway Super Sale, July 14-16. The Gulch will be humming with activity.

Here‘s how it works:
Decide what you want to sell, and when you register, let us know about any special items to include in our ads and maps. You host your sale at your house or team up with a neighbor. Last year, several neighbors teamed up to sell in the ”market alley”, located on the east end of the alley that runs between NE 24th and NE 26th, between NE Clackamas and NE Halsey. If there is interest, that might happen again this year.

SGNA will collect a small fee, and provides buyers with a list of garage sale sites and a map with locations highlighted. They also advertise the garage sale through yard signs and on Craig's List.

HOW TO REGISTER:
(1) Send an email to Chris Tanner (chris.tanner47@gmail.com) with the following information: your name, physical address of your garage sale, and your email address along with a list of special items to be sold. (This list will be used on our maps). Please indicate if you wish to participate in the Alley Market.

(2) Send a $5 check made out to SGNA, c/o Chris Tanner 2225 NE Wasco St. Portland, 97232. Mail it or drop it by (placing under the front door mat)

Questions? Contact Chris via email.
