3. Old Business
   1. 7:10-7:40 PBOT Presentation of 21st Ave Overcrossing Project – Sheila Parrott, Program Specialist, PBOT 
   2. 7:40-8:00 Committees scope of work & appointments of Board members (please review scope of work from bylaws)  
      1. Communications – Michelle Johnson, Daniel  Pirofsky and Dave Brook
      2. LUTC – Kathy Hansen, Chair with Daniel Pirofsky, John Frewing, Julie Hoffinger, & Andrea Meyer
      3. Safety and Livability – Dan Lerch-Waters and Dave Brook?
      4. Events – Kari LaForge & Stepan Simek (Gulch-o-rama) does this committee function also include neighborhood clean-up (or should this be safety and livability) and garage sale.
      5. Finance committee – Michael Brown and Dan Lerch-Waters
      6. Emergency Preparedness – Chris Tanner, Daniel Pirofsky, Myra Lavenue, Jackleen dela Harpe, Meara McLaughlin, Trish Claffey
4. Executive Committee – Chris Tanner, Michael Brown, Michelle Johnson, Deb Bridges
5. Tree committee – Jack Frewing  should this continue as separate committee or be folded into another
6. NECN representative – Daniel Pirofsky

8. 8:00-8:10 Appointment of bylaws ad hoc committee

   1. 8:10-8:20 Budget for Gulch-o-Rama – Stepan will propose
   2. 8:20-8:30 Calendar of Meetings for 2015-16 Year  (See Attached Proposal)
   3. 8:30-8:40Appointments for Board Vacancies – process and appointments
10. 8:40-8:45 Reports and Committee updates:  only late-breaking reports.  All others to be submitted in writing
11. 8:45-9:00 Open forum:  Opportunity for input from the community
