UPCOMING NOISE VARIANCE for 5/30/2018
Andersen Construction is having an early morning concrete pour at the corner of 21st Avenue and Multnomah Street.The construction activity will occur on the morning of May 30, 2018. The setup for the pour will start at 4:00 AM with concrete pumping activities beginning around 5:00 AM. Construction activities will continue throughout the day as normal.

The NE 21st and Multnomah Condominiums project will be erecting a tower crane resulting in a street closure on Multnomah Street. The street closure, pictured in the diagram below, will span in between NE 19th Ave. to NE 21st Ave. The closure will start at 6PM on January 19th and end January 22nd at 12AM. The closed area will be available for local access only; through access will be prohibited.

Utility work has begun on the project at NE Multnomah and NE 21st avenue resulting in occasional street/lane closures. This work will be continuing off and on until November 17, affecting:

First, we want to thank the neighborhood and all stakeholders in advance for your patience as we work to construct this building which we believe will add great value to the neighborhood. We know we will not always be perfect but we will make every effort to carry out this process in the most professional and courteous manner and do our best to minimize any impact to our valued neighbors.
This document is intended to be used by the Andersen onsite management team and the PHK Development team who are directly responsible for Sullivan’s Gulch Group LLC’s community outreach.
This plan shall be used as a guideline for responses to incoming public inquiries and for outreach and communication regarding construction processes that may impact the neighborhood surrounding the project site. This communication plan is aspirational only, and is subject to change without notice.
