It’s Time for Gulch-O-Rama!
Please join us to celebrate the Sullivan’s Gulch Neighborhood, the best neighborhood in the City! Meet more of your neighbors.
Talk with people you haven’t seen all summer. Have fun! Share food!
We go all out for this annual party with a huge potluck (hot dogs provided by SGNA), live music, DJs, artists’ booths, a circus, kids’ activities, ping pong, a bake-off, games, and tables for community organizations. There are lots of door prizes from our neighborhood businesses too! Join the raffle!
Music at 4:00 pm. Potluck at 5:00 pm.

Gulch-O-Rama is great fun because so many volunteers keep it going.
We need:

We need:
- Set-up: 1:00pm–3:30pm. Six volunteers, one truck.
- Set up lights and banners, tables and chairs, stage and sound system.
- Welcome Table: 3:45–8:00pm. Greet participants. Offer door prize tickets for GulchNet sign-ups, etc.
- Potluck: 3:30pm set-up. 5:00pm maintain food stations and recycling. Four volunteers.
- Clean-up: 6:00–9:00pm. Recycling and pack up. Six volunteers, one truck.
