Composition of the Board: Twelve (12) positions of nineteen (19) filled, with seven (7) open positions as per the SGNA By-Laws, Article IV - Board of Directors, Section 1: Composition of Board of Directors: The Board of Directors, hereinafter referred to as the Board, shall comprise a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Neighborhood Coalition Representative, and not more than fifteen (14) Directors-at-Large, who may also be Chairpersons of a Standing and/or Special Committees.
