Gulch Tree Walks are starting up
Spring is coming, and our neighborhood trees are starting to bud and flower. You are invited to join our guided Gulch Tree Walks each season to witness our trees as they blossom, fruit, share their yield, and benefit our lives. The first themed tree walk is coming up!
Flowering Trees, April 19, 1–2:30 p.m., led by Tree Team member and arborist Biz Miller. (Sign-up details will be distributed in early April. Limit 15.)
Future themed Gulch Tree Walks:
Benefits of Trees (July, details TBD)
Fall Colors (September Gulch-o-Rama)
Bounty of Trees (October, details TBD)
Enjoy Gulch Tulip Trees!
SGNA features two heritage Tulip Trees, which are defining features of our beautiful neighborhood. Check them out as they enter their April–June blossoming season. You can find them at 1403 NE Weidler and 2404 NE Clackamas. (Photos are not of our trees.)
