Everyone who lives or works within the boundaries of the Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood is a member of SGNA.
Meetings are open to the public, virtually and in-person, and the start of every meeting begins with a public comment period. You are invited to attend Board meetings and make your voice heard.

We, the Sullivan’s Gulch Neighborhood Association (SGNA), are marshaling our collective voices, aspirations, and talents to enhance the quality of life in Sullivan’s Gulch, through:
- energetically building community
- striving for social harmony
- solving shared problems through neighborhood participation
- earning our neighbor’s trust through fair and impartial decision-making
- promoting the unique identity of Sullivan’s Gulch

Land Use and Transportaion Committee

Responsible for advising and making recommendations to the Board on all issues affecting the Membership and the neighborhood related to land use and transportation planning and development.

Safety and Livability Committee

Responsible for advising and making recommendations to the Board on all issues and actions related to public safety and neighborhood livability. This committee may also organize events that promote the safety and livability of the neighborhood.

Communications Committee

Responsible for taking efforts to maximize member participation in Association meetings and activities. It shall be responsible for all official notifications to the Membership of meetings, elections, events, and other relevant matters of concern to the Association. It shall maintain regular forms of communication such as web sites, newsletters, email, social media, and physical signage.

Meetings
Agendas
Agendas are prepared by the chairperson and available in writing at least seven (7) days before the meetings, posted to the website. All members may submit an item for the agenda in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting for consideration.
Minutes
The Secretary records and maintains minutes of all meetings. The Board approves minutes on the following Board meeting. Minutes includes Board attendance as well as the result of any votes, following ONI Standards. They will be posted on the website as well as uploaded to the the Neighborhood Coalition following approval.
