About the Board

Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the livability of the area by establishing and maintaining an open line of communication and liaison within the neighborhood and between government agencies and other neighborhoods. We strive to inform, involve, and represent our neighborhood.

We Inform

Informing the neighborhood means outreach to the full membership to solicit their views, perspectives, and opinions.

We Involve

Involving the neighborhood means providing appropriate forums and tools to engage in ample discussion among the membership and within the Board, resulting in decisions and actions that support the livability of our neighborhood.

We Represent

Representing the neighborhood means Board advocacy for the membership as a representative of our interests in all communications with the City and other organizations.

Everyone who lives or works within the boundaries of the Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood is a member of SGNA.

Annually in the fall SGNA holds a membership meeting to elect the Board of Directors with each Director serving a two-year term. The Board of Directors is comprised of as many as 19 Directors.  Review the current Board of Directors for officer positions and terms.

Meetings are open to the public, virtually and in-person, and the start of every meeting begins with a public comment period.  You are invited to attend Board meetings and make your voice heard.
