The Executive Committee is composed of the Association’s Officers. The Board may elect additional directors, committee chairs, or members of the Association as non-voting members of the Executive Committee. The Chairperson shall call meetings of the Executive Committee as needed, to guide and support the work of the Board. This committee shall review all financial transactions, records, and budgets prepared by the Treasurer. The Executive Committee may exercise the authority of the Board, but only for questions presented to the Association that require a timely decision or action prior to the next Board meeting.
