April 19th - Get Involved With Your Neighbors!

On April 19th, there will be two nature-focused events in the Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood. Sign up for one or both of them here.

Volunteer Corps: Garden Tending

Join the Sullivan's Gulch Volunteer Corps behind the Broadway Grill (17th & Weidler) at 10am to help the organization, foundseed, to prepare their garden beds for Spring! Bring gloves and weather-appropriate clothing. Come prepared to dig, shovel, weed, meet neighbors, snack, and/or learn about foundseed's history with guerilla gardening! Sign up here.

Tree Team: Flowering Trees Walk

Spring is coming, and our neighborhood trees are starting to bud and flower. Our guided tree walks are a special opportunity to learn about these towering giants that give us shade, peace, and more. Join us at 1pm for our first Tree walk, led by Tree Team member and arborist Biz Miller. Gulch-O-Rama is better than a block party! Join us Saturday, September 13th from 3-7pm in The Alley between Clackamas & Halsey, and 24th & 26th Ave. We will have a potluck, a dessert competition, kid's activities, a live samba band, open mic, raffle prizes, local organizations, and more!
