The "Gordon's Fireplace" eyesore (once an aircraft factory) continues to haunt both Grant Park and Sullivan's Gulch neighborhoods, which have overlapping boundaries on the property.
Willamette Week reports there have been on-again off-again plans to auction the building.. Meanwhile real estate website Ten-X is scheduling an online auction between May 22 - June 4th for the property. A minimum bid of $225,000 is specified.
