Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods

Sullivan's Gulch Neighborhood Association is part of the District 2 Coalition of Neighborhoods, served by the non-profit Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods (NECN). District 2 includes 29 neighborhoods in North and North East Portland.  NECN holds monthly meetings that are open to the public in person and via Zoom.
