Aiyana Mixed-Use Project gains SGNA support for delivery entrance adjustment.

The SGNA gave its approval to an adjustment that Aiyana is seeking from the city to allow delivery trucks to back into the service entrance rather than require a front-in-and-out approach which would have caused a major redesign of the project. More Information on the website.

The first hearing for the Albina Fuel Co. zone change request is scheduled for January 22 at 1:30.

The SGNA Land Use Committee and Board are actively working on this issue, and are planning a general neighborhood meeting with the likely developer, Don Milliken, on January 13. You can find a full history of this project on our web site, as well as conceptual pictures of the development.

More information on this meeting will be posted on the web site, and distributed via email when details are finalized.
