OUR NEIGHBORS
Sullivan's Gulch's neighbors are Irvington, to the north from Broadway, Grant Park to the northeast from Broadway and 26th St, and the Lloyd District to the west from 15th Street.
Other nearby neighborhoods are Kerns (south across I-84), Eliot (west of Irvington),and Hollywood (further east of Grant Park and Sullivan's Gulch).

The Lloyd District has recently updated their Urban Design plan
Rose Quarter
A comprehensive study of the Rose Quarter was completed in 2001 to determine the character of future development, and the direct public and private actions needed to achieve the desired development. Irvington
Irvington has a new website at www.irvingtonpdx.com, featuring news about the Neighborhood Association and the community.
Irvington has a second web site for their annual home tour: www.irvingtonhometour.com This tour is eagerly anticipated every year, and provides funds for the community as well as for local charities.
